Department of Psychiatry, Psychotherapy, Psychosomatics and Medical Psychology

The University Clinics for Psychiatry in Innsbruck serve as a supra-regional treatment center for mental disorders, striving to meet the psychiatric and psychotherapeutic needs of a large number of people at local, national, and international levels. As Austria’s only university institution of its kind, the clinics include not only specialized divisions for general psychiatry but also for psychosomatic illnesses, mental disorders in children and adolescents, and alcohol and medication dependency.
